Why a production company specialising in research impact?

Talking to established researchers across multiple disciplines we realised that there is a demand for quality, accessible film content to form part of research projects. Having made numerous television documentaries in close collaboration with academics, both as presenters and contributors, we’ve long worked to bring complex ideas to the broadest possible audiences. So we wanted to bring these two worlds together. Whether it’s making short films for social media about biomechanics innovation to a long-form documentary about migration across the Mediterranean, we believe our expertise can play an effective role in knowledge exchange and amplifying research impact.

Whether engaging stakeholders or galvanising policymakers, we believe film is an effective tool to help achieve impact and facilitate knowledge exchange.
